This award-winning artisanal mezcal is created in the small towns of Tlacolula and Miahuatlán, in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The carefully selected Espadín and Cuishe agaves are harvested and then cooked in traditional cone-shaped wood ovens, which imparts a smoky flavor and texture.
