This batch-produced whisky is finished in ex-sherry butts and uses some of our rarest whiskies, all of which have been aged for at least 25 years. To ensure that the Oloroso-soaked wood contributes the subtlest sherry tones to a powerful, velvety, and exquisite whisky, our team of experts selects each cask carefully and monitors the whisky's finishing process. This molten amber liquid is almost as beautiful to grasp as it is to consume.

Nose

Fruit compote, cinnamon, and clove aromas.
There is a nice clean streak running through it, but the deep spice takes center stage.

Palate

A little bit drier than anticipated, with austere peppery spice coming through, but sweetened with spicy wood and crisp apple and mango.
