Our distinctive whiskey's first sip is more than just a drink. It's a journey into the deliciously nuanced flavors of rye. We've recreated the traditional American whiskey that controlled our glasses before Prohibition, with a rye level of 95 percent, much above the 51 percent permitted for the category.

Big and spicy, with aromas of toasted wood, vegetal notes, allspice, and anise. With a lovely rye spice flavor that includes delicate floral and citrus notes, as well as dark spices and black pepper. This is fantastic for sipping or blending in a classic cocktail because of the mild mint finish.
