In our distillery's underground Cava, Cincoro Extra Aejo was matured for 40–44 months, significantly longer than is typical for Extra Aejo tequilas.
Having spent more time in the barrel, this wine has a deep copper hue. The aroma features cooked agave, roasted oak, and dried fruits.
Elegant on the palate with flavors of dark chocolate, light coffee, raisins, and figs.
Extremely long aftertaste that lingers with cocoa and cooked agave flavors.

Aged expressions of cincoro are known for their sweetness, richness, and smoothness. Rarely used adjectives to describe tequila. Cincoro Extra Aejo is a concoction of reserve barrels that have been meticulously chosen for each of their own qualities before being combined to create a symphony of layered tastes that has the complexity of a great cognac while maintaining the genuine agave essence of the spirit.
