My order was never shipped by Liquor Mates. Liquor Mates sent me an email saying that my order was shipped. I checked the tracking, and it said that UPS never had possession of my order. I called UPS and UPS said they never received my order from Liquor Mates. I sent Liquor Mates several messages through their website, and I sent several emails. Liquor Mates never responded. I paid over $100 for Brandy that Liquor Mates never sent to me. This was my first time using Liquor Mates and I feel Liquor Mates is a scam. I am in the process of working through my bank to try to get my money back that Liquor Mates stole from me!

It took awhile and it had me worried, but the customer service did keep me informed the whole time.!!! Can't wait to try them All
