Small volumes of bourbon are produced and aged to create Bulleit.
The bourbon's personality is built on Kentucky limestone-filtered water, while charred American oak barrels give it a smokey backbone. Its nuance and depth come from a distinctive combination of rye, corn, and barley malt as well as unique yeast strains. Bulleit Bourbon has a strong and peppery flavor with a distinctly smooth, clean finish due to its particularly high rye component. The finished product is put into a bottle with a winning aesthetic.
